With time leather gets an individual patina and needs only little care.

To have long joy with your daily companion you should avoid contact with moisture, fats and cosmetics. Also too much sun and heat can damage the leather. Small scratches can be reduced by gentle rubbing. For a natural impregnation and stain protection, lotions with natural wax are recommended.
